Yoga is a holistic and scientifically proven development system for body, mind and spirit. Everyone has the ability to experience the benefits of yoga regardless of age and fitness. In yoga there is no competition, the race is only for one’s self, which we have to develop gradually for the best. The basic principle of our courses is that we don’t force our body to do something that it can’t do.
Breathing in yoga, plays a significant role as it is a natural tool that we all have and with proper management it can lead us to therapeutic effects.
The lesson contains postures (asanas) flowing together with breath and relaxation exercises and visualizations.
