Τhe ”Chi kung” of health is a physical exercise.1 It is the cultivation of energy as well as its control. We learn how to perceive energy through exercises with slow-long strokes, pauses and self-observation of our body.
The purpose of the technique is to enlarge the space inside our body and allow blood and energy to move flawlessly. Gradually, as we practice this technique, we shall begin to feel the energy flowing, exactly like the blood in the veins. As energy and blood march together at different speeds, we shall feel our energy flowing in the same way.
